Supervising general contractors and sub-contractors to assure compliance to with architects’ drawings and specifications.

Reviewing construction drawing submittals for paper completion and accuracy.

Inspecting all materials delivered on site to make certain of quality and compliance to specifications.

Visiting manufacturers to verify product quality and production timelines.

Reviewing all shop drawings, revised architectural details, submittals, requests for information and change orders.

Conducting weekly meetings and site inspections with the architects, general contractors and sub-contractors.
